come with the black reflective mirror lens, the sensor mirror, and a clear
lens. The black one has a big mark on the front from a tree branch buts its not
that noticeable and a new lens is pretty cheap.
A small piece of the plastic
frame is also broken, but does not affect AT ALL. And I can fix if you prefer.
