bump, unfortunately had to drop my price as well but shouldnt have much of a problem of selling for that. great price for a great setup

honestly absolutely no idea. took it out of the case after filming one day last march and turned it on, the motor to open the shutter turns but it doesnt pull the doors open. I have them wedged open with a piece of soft plastic and use the fisheye with its lens cover as a lens cap. I believe there is just a spring or clasp that has come undone that hooks the shutters to the motor that opens them. i have not done any research or had it looked at, it may be a cheap fix, im selling cheap and it doesnt affect the capture or playback or anything really at all as long as youre careful to cover the lens. but even as is this is a steal

got your pm homie, but never got your text. i talk to my room mate about this cam yesturday, and we'll get back to you on it. if we could bring the price down just a tad or even throw you a coat to cut the price down we are seriously interested.

I had this happen to my hv40. Try just taking a tooth pick or something like that and carefully pushing where the lens cap is. I just pushed it lightly, and immediately it fell back down where it was suppose to be.
