hey all, my other thread got a bit cluttered and i'd really like to sell these skis soon - had a lot of interest, but nothing went through. so here's some more pics of the ar5's and arv's. i'd prefer to sell, but would consider trades too. please make reasonable offers, thanks!

haha, anyone interested in his spks and want to do a 3way trade? there's no way i could pull of skiing his 180s. mid 160s-low 170s is good for me.
 
i've looked all over a few times in the past trying to find the dimensions on the 175 that year but had no luck. a friend was able to help me find the dimensions on the 185(125-92-115)

so these are prolly scaled down a little from that and around 90 waist.

i can try finding a tape measure/ruler/calipers or something tomorrow give you a better answer.
 
anyone at all interested - so i guess ar5's, arv's, volkl's......or 180 spk's in a three-way trade with my arv's going to rollindeep, his spks w/ salomon s914's going to you, and something in the mid 160-low 170 range going to me?

again, i prefer to sell but in any case i'd really like to get these going :)
 
thanks for the offer, i was hoping to size down to something around 170-171 max because the 175's felt too big for me, but i'll keep it in mind. maybe depending on where they're mounted but i'm still only 5'6" and 115 lbs so it's kinda a stretch. what's the condition like?
 
thanks for the offers so far. were all reasonable but at first i didn't really know what i had in mind and didn't specify, but now i have a better idea. here's a few skis i'd be interested in...

some of the sizes might be off b/c NS is currently the only site that's working on my intrnet right now -- ironic isn't it?

- line skogan in the last year they were made (04/05) in size 168? or whatever the exact size around there was

- 166 salomon foils (i guess prolly last year's b/c getting this years could be a longshot but yea)

- 167 4frnt stl's (04/05)

- 170 msps - whatever year

- 165 arv - i'm sure could be harder b/c they only started making them last year

- maybe arw's or something

still open to other offers for sure though, thanks!

 
dimensions on 175 ARV are (123-90-113) I believe. THese are sick I just sold a pair exactly like these, and the dude loves them, as did I.
 
ah thanks a lot. yea i love them lots too, just realistically a bit big for me. they'd be perfect if i was a few in taller/lbs heavier or out west.
 
those arv's... they look tight.. hahaha but if u wanna do that 3 way trade thing... just tell me the 3rd ski and ill prolly do it..lol

..and reasonable offers only, please (i.e. 100 bucks for the volkls that were originally 800 something is not at all reasonable)
 
i have a pair of those old ar5's also, great ski's. Mine have taken a beating and keep on truckin'. They ski better then any ski i've skied that have been center mounted.

prices lowered to 275 for the ARV's and 225 for the ar5's. anyone at all interested or wanna make me some offers?
 
i'm pretty light so i can't butter anything for the life of me and can't say for sure. they do feel like they have just the right flex for a do it all/all around ski though.
