Your reluctance to post the pictures you've been asked for is god damn hilarious. im not arsed if no one beats your ass, but unless you post that picture atleast no one on here is ever going to buy your skis.
 
help me out here...what pictures does everyone want...ive given the footprint and what i thought was the serial #..if thats not the serial # let me know where it is and ill post a pic..

hes been trying, but seems to be avoiding posting the information were looking for while playing dumb. hes already been forced out of tgr for not posting said information. I wouldn't buy from him, but its not my call what others do.
 
^tgr's thread got out of control...i bought these skis from clarke at a ski sale in boulder that some of pros were having..i got in some trouble and now i need to sell them..
 
i really dont know if they're stolen or not but I just dont think this kid is very smart at all.

Maybe he's playing dumb..or maybe it really did take him a couple days to figure out where the serial number is located

Hey bud, Can you please take a picture of the jiberish sticker on top prefferably with a good amount of ski around it with a note that reads "K2pow: November(month), 12(day), 2009(year)" Just to still prove your legit..and not a scammer
 
he has the skis.. that much is pretty clear... what isnt clear is if these are real skis or just shit to put on display that have foam cores or someshit haha.i dont know what a vin number would prove but he should just post a vid of him stepping into them and doing a tip stand to show that they are in fact reall and poppy and flex like a real ski should
 
The 'vin number' would be the serial number of the ski. And by providing that, it would be able to be determined if they are shit skis, or in fact normal skis.

i know what fucking vin/serial numbers are but its just a bunch of numbers and lettersss.. how are you going to look at that a know whats up.. noone posted the number that is the stollen number..134jlkj4y55599 there... thats a serial number... is it stoleN??
what do you plan on doing with the number once its posted? and im pretty sure the number on the tail is a serial number...

yeah those were mine. they aren't "display skis." i rode on them last spring maybe 10 times total. DOPE skis!

in the bst threads...people think that they are display skis and

ha! those were mine. to my knowledge, there were only a total of 3 pairs of the "unskiable" skis you speak of produced in the us. shay williams of freeskier has one pair, and the other two are in salomon's possession i believe.
 
the main concern was raised when someone at tgr who i believe rides or is connected to salmon said that a pair of unskiable samples had gone missing, which raised concerns of this being that pair because no one was aware that their was a team issued model. thanks for sorting this out.
 
wow, this sale just got fucking wrecked because of stupid ass kids thinking the skis were stolen. gotta love N.S nowadays. Fuck....

For once this isn't just NS being douchebags. The kid was acting suss both here and on TGR and for a long time refused to post pics of what everybody asked. Stop being so quick to defend him.
 
between the complete lack of trust, general shadiness, and the outstanding amount of callout threads recently, i would have to agree, NS sucks lately
 
I'll be one to apologize for some comments, but fact is the kid ignored a simple request to appease a Salomon athlete who alerted everyone to possible theft/illegitimacy:

"Hey k2pow, post some really up close pictures of the foot print near your binding on both skis. Where it says the ski name, size and serial number.

For the maggots information, there was a few 'non-skiable samples' that somehow got leaked into the ski world last year. There was one pair of 'non-skiable samples' spotted last year being skied up in Utah by somebody. Somehow some people either stole or wrongfully sold a few pair to the public."

Communication is key to preventing shit like this from spiraling out of control, so it's understandable for the community to be concerned about these skis and their origin. The thread on TGR ballooned big time and then when questions were asked about the gear, k2pow went missing for THREE FUCKING WEEKS. That's when assumptions run wild and everything becomes fucked.

 
Free Bump for getting screwed over kinda hard... but like people said it all seemed kinda shady... You should pry just start a new thread. This thread will pry never sell stuff. But you can probably sell those fast and easy now that people know that they're legit.
 
The kid is a fu$k. I just bought the skis from Ebay and he said that over the weekend he broke them landing off a jump. Complete Loser... Karma will haunt you plocker1234 and K2pow!!!!!!!
