got some bacons for sale here, they're the original ones with some of the sickest graphics ever imo. shockingly, my parents agreed to buy me some 09 ones for my birthday, so i'll let these go. they've been skied a little bit and are in perfect condition, no core shots, edge damage, anything. the topsheets have very minor chipping on the sides. the edges are just a little rusty so they could use a basic tune. so bases, edges, and topsheets are all perfect. one thing to mention as an honest seller is that one of the skis delamed but has been professionally repaired by line in the vacuum press, so it is absolutely perfect now, basically it's the same as new because they went through the same process as they do when they make a new ski

so the picture is not recent, the skis do not have bindings on them, they are blank. the left ski has been drilled once at -3 for sth 12's and the right ski has been drilled 1.5 times, the toes have been drilled twice but heels only once.
so i repeat, these do not have bindings on them at the moment and they will sell without bindings unless i get a really good offer for the sth 12's, super minty brakes bent to fit

i'd like to get around 300 obo for these, i'm confused on how to price these so just shout out offers, i've seen bacons go for anywhere from 200 to 500, so i'm not sure. and also, i have some of the most feedback on here so i won't scam you, pm anyone in my feedback and they'll vouch for me

haha, they just sent me a 22" die cut and a shirt with my skis

also, i've been told by a line rep that they only made like 100 pairs of the original bacons so these are a collectors item
 
funny my "collectors" item delaminated like 4th run. they had snt me new bacons so i dont care.
 
yeah but these are nice and repaired, apparently they're stronger than new ones haha, w/e they're sick skis and they most likely won't break on you, similar chance as most skis
 
i just got 09 bacons for my birthday from my parents too.

i really think that those skis are one of the best graphics as well.
which year were they originally made?
 
what did you have to do to get them vacuum pressed or whatever? i have the same ones and love them to death but they are slowly starting to delam and i want to live a bit longer...

and the guy before me did the vacuum press, he had a friend who worked for line so he sent it away and they repaired it for him so i dont think you would be able to do that because they're no longer under warranty

someone calls dibs on a ns.com sale will either pay right away or lead you on for days or weeks then decide he or she cant buy. i have had multiple sales where these kids say theey will pay tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow finallysay their paypal wasnt set up yet and it would be a week, then a week and a week. its not worth it to wait around.

good deal though, the bacon is unchanged last year and this year when it scored perfect 10 in powder. and this graphic is dopppe.

 
i know, alright, here's the deal, the kid said he'd let me know/pay today around 4 so at let's say 6 today if i still haven't heard anything, whoever pays me first gets them
but pm me with offers anyway so i can have it all sorted out if he backs out but he does have first dibs unless someone wants to offer 300 for them

and yes, this is the same as the 09 bacon just sicker graphics, so count this as receiving perfect 10 and being a collectors item
 
OKAY, UPDATE, APPARENTLY IT'S NOT COOL ANYMORE TO CHECK THE LENGTH OF A SKI BEFORE YOU BUY IT, SO I HAD TO REFUND HIS MONEY BECAUSE HE THOUGHT THEY WERE 172, THESE ARE 182, LIKE ALL BACONS, THEY MEASURE TO 178 AND SKI SUPER SHORT
SO WITH THAT SAID, THESE ARE STILL FOR SALE
 
Really? I have a hard time believing this since I've already owned two pairs of bacons with this graphic and although I don't see them ALL the time, you see them enough to think otherwise.

okay here's the deal, i went to pull the bindings off like yesterday and i found that the guy i bought these from hadn't been fully honest, or it was some form of misunderstanding, they have been drilled twice, each ski has 2 sets of holes, one for sth 12, one for old school looks
so many people have backed out after hearing this, beats me why, but whatever, bacons are totally strong drilled the third time, once you pass 3 then it starts to weaken the ski, but the holes are far enough apart that it won't effect the strength of the ski. so don't bother pm'img me if you're gonna back out, i want serious buyers

i've been sent money and had to refund it, had many solid deals that people have backed out on, basically ns, i'm being honest here and displaying all of the information, so if you want the skis, send me the money and make a fucking decision, please stop backing out everyone. i have some offers for 320 shipped, some offers for 220 shipped, currently, ianz2 has them for 320 but he can't pay for another month, so if you match you can have them. please know all of your facts, know the condition, and be ready to pay if you pm me, and know that i will ask for 320 shipped to match other offers, but after this drilling fiasco that i discovered, i'll lower the price if everyone backs out
but honesty is always the best card, so i'll no doubt sacrifice some money to give a full and accurate item description which i have just done, so let the bidding continue

alright, well free bump, i really want these but i just bought some prophet 130's. those really are the sickest graphic ever i wish i would have bought those instead of the elizabeths when i got them. oh well, sick skis man good luck with the sale..... seems like you need it
