Armada pipe cleaner is 171 and has been mounted 2 times for griffons. little edge ding doesnt effect the skiing, i'd give them a 7/10.

i think yes they are too big for you, i'am 6 or 6'1 and have 176.. they are really stiff

Ive used the alpha 1's and I understand that the alpha 2's are just a softer version...and im just saying (in my opinion) the alpha 1's werent even close to stiff and im no fatty.

not to shut down any tips, but definatley dont avoid the alpha series because its to stiff.

^ya, they were 95 underfoot so that could have made a difference, but they were fine.

they would be fine. im 5'3" 118lbs. I rode the 170 alpha 1's all last season and loved em, especially on rails. The only time I didnt like the rocker was hitting big jump lines at key or breck they felt a little squirrely.
