Battery is decent, has issues uploading music sometimes, playback is good

I can't get it to upload without disconnecting after an hour or so

i can restore the ipod and take off the vinyl and screen protector so it's brand new for you if you want

I'm kind of confused on the condition, so does it just stop updating after a little while, and then you just unplug it, replug it, and then hit sync again? and decent battery meaning it lasts like 8 hours music?
