FS: 189 Maden AK (AK Enemies)

Well, I'm selling my maden's. I have had these skis for two seasons and they have been used 20-30 times and only with at least a foot of fresh. The bases are nearly mint condition and the only damage is some minor chips on the side of the topsheet from the skis banging together. They were mounted once at +3 and are currently mounted for a size 29 boot at +4 from mid sole (3 back from core center) I just put the bindings on this year, they are Look PX12's and have been used under 10 times. I love these skis, but I gotta sell them. I'm looking for $400+shipping or best offer.

What's the deal man?

I know that one year they made ROCKERED Maden's(although not sure if they were put in production or just athlete only) and i think it had this topsheet.
 
You're right on.. They made a few for the athletes, essentially hellbent prototypes.. Unless this guy is hooked up with K2, these skis won't be rockered.

can you tell me what the camber on the ak enemy is like?

Camber on the AK enemy? What does that mean? Ak Enemy's are no longer made, and who cares how much camber is on a powder ski?

well, what id like to know is it reverse camber at all, kinda like this years seth vicious, or if it has normal camber like, say the extreme/pe.

i know that they are no longer made but ive found a shop that has a set of the 189s for a decent price that i could talk down.

They made some for the team with rocker and were supposed to make a small run of those with rocker, but I never saw any or heard of anyone with a pair. So with that said just regular camber.

aorry if its a super claim.

seller, could you post pics of the camber (skis base to base)?

 
lets go ahead and clear this up. These skis are NOT rockered. They are, however, still very sexy, and very much for sale. Just to make it that much more clear, heres a picture.

I got a pair of these last season and they are amazing. Whoever buys these will be very happy. They are a great all-around ski too.
 
I couldn't agree with tandan more. These skis absolutly bomb. Through anything. So if youre into going fast.....
 
$325 shipped. buy them and resell them if you want. Theres gotta be someone willing to take these off my hands.
