I'm 6'2" and 182 lbs. and they fit me like, baggy fitted if that makes sense? They're not huge but I sag 'em and they're baggy enough for me without feeling like I look like a clown.

whats the color? i cant tell if its black or like dark purple

is the waist seriously 38?
 
They're black, and yes the waist is seriously 38". I measured them using a measuring tape and they're 19" across, belt loop to belt loop, when laid flat.
