haha yeah KFC does it everyday, im just gonna go pick up a bucket for my thanksgiving

just have to take care to put regularly juice on it. otherwise, it's gonna be very dry

^^^ Yeah I don't think you have to worry about it getting dry if you are frying it. See, when you fry something, it is in oil, oil is wet(not dry) so, amazingly enough, the turkey won't be dry.

I might be an adult, but I'm a minor at heart.
 
Thats the whole point to frying a turkey, the skin gets crispy and holds in all the juices, much more than traditional baking. I already know all the steps to preventing me from burning down my house.

^^ oups! yes! i didn't read good! frying won't be dry! but what????? frying a turkey???? you're not supposed to fry a turkey unless you cook like english people (ie: the worst cookers on earth)

p.p.s. its real easy to do (we have a propane frier, we just cook it right out on the deck) and its the most delicious turkey youll ever taste

 
Deep Fried Turkey is better than a turkey in the oven in my opinion. I've had a few of them and they're super tasty and juicy. I've also had turkey that was slow cooked on a weber charcoal grill. Also a great way to go!

My family has been doing this for years its great. You need to inject it with a Cajun marinade. Make sure to marinade it ATLEAST 24 hours also do some chickens and stuff like onion rings, cheese sticks and other h'ordurve type stuff. But this is the most important part of the tradition, and must be followed at all cost; any deviation from this step will result in utter failure. You must by a bottle(at least) of George Dickel Tennessee sipping whisky aka 'the Dick� and purchase some quality cigars, macanudos, cohibas or whatever you prefer. You must smoke the cigars while standing in a circle around the frying turkey, while passing and take pulls from the Dickel,and bullshitting. Beware not to neglect the cracked beer at your side. I cannot stress the importance of the last step the rule is you don’t get any turkey until you have a pull of The Dick. age race or creed makes no difference, enjoy.
