im calling it. i already surrender to franky, shima, and haffey. i'm sure they'll be better than me in about a week.

ive come to realise park skiing is pretty much mental, they have the physical part down from years are dominating on blades. im sure these guys LOVE to fall onto soft snow. im just so excited to see where they'll take skiing in the next year. jf cusson must have felt like a faggot watching as the three dudes dominated the sport he spent years trying to perfect.
 
I haven't seen them at Bear yet, but I hear they're already busting fakie 7s like nothing... those bastids!
 
The only problem I had moving from skatepark to snowpark was the mental aspect. That, and you are constantly at the whim of gravity. These (and many other crossover athletes) deserve props.
 
im guessing if they can do 5s on there first day of skiing there going to go pro like next week. its fucking amazing.
 
anyone saying they won't be pro soon just because it's too soon clearly doesn't know about how quickly turpin went pro...
 
if salomon was smart they woulda kept franky and kept making a pro model skate for him, and then he could have skiied for them too
 
turpin booted, and he got real good real fast. im sure he wasnt anywhere close to the level of these dudes, so its obvious that they will take first, second, and third at all events this coming xgame/usfso
 
nicki adams wasnt even that nice as skating man......skating now compared to 7 years ago is a whole different story man.....watch a video from 1997 and compare to now its unreal
 
yea aight maybe i exaggerated def. not on the same level as ...maybe thats why he still aint blowin up haha

pretty cool their tryin it out though they all kill it so hard rollin- dudes like aragon, morales,stockwell, rachard johnson, or murda all got such distinct styles too i wonder if they can keep it similar on skis
 
I just hope that if they go pro it's because they can bring something different to the sport. Not just to be pro for the sake of it. We'll see what becomes of it.

yeah i don't really understand all the skier hate on fruitbooters. like i don't get real stoked on it either, but if you want to take some inspiration from another sport, go for it. who cares what people think? just have fun. and yeah, 5's on your first day of anything is pretty impressive.
