Fruits are just posers, pretending they’re healthy but really they are just full of sugar. Vegetables are actually really good for you

Fruits are also super weak, drop them once and they’re ruined. Veggies taste the same no matter how many times you drop them.

Fruits taste good right after you buy them, but within a week they are all soft and taste bad. Vegetables last like a month and still taste the same.
 
Vegetables can be sautéed, grilled, and eaten raw. Most fruits that is untrue. Veggies definitely the realest.

Meat with Veggies = win

Meat with fruit = whack

Shot a couple squirrels with my slingshots brought a cast-iron pan out to camp with some butter and an apple. Fried them up over the fire and the apple made it super sweet since the juice mixed with squirrel. Yum yum yum fruit wins.
 
Valid arguments but some fruits are just outright too fucking gas all the cons are outweighed by delicious taste.

Veggies really be in it for the long run though.
 
Why do we have to pit them against each other? Fruits and veggies are both healthy and nutrient rich and can be prepared in many many ways. If I had to choose only two food groups to eat, it would be fruit and veggies. Any other two or one without the other, you miss out on important nutrients you can't get from any other natural sources

Tomatoes are arguably the most important culinary ingredient ever so

Lemons are used on almost every seafood dish

Every mexican dish uses lime

Try eating just Oranges for a week and see how you feel. Then try eating just raw spinach for a week and see how you feel. I think you'll learn which is genuinely superior.

Nutrient wise, spinach is superior however eating only spinach would be miserable because it contains minimal macronutrients. Nothing like a week of ketosis. With oranges you're getting carbohydrates. I'd imagine if you ate enough oranges to sustain daily caloric needs, you'd be ripe with canker sores.
