Frostwire vs lime wire

so i got my hard drive wiped the other day becasue my sister thought it would be a good idea to click a pop up that said "you have 65 infections, download antivirus 2009 to fix this"

so any way, i used limewire before, but i hear that frost wire is better, which do you say is the best?
 
if you want one of those, get frostwire. It is the exact same thing as limewire, just faster and other colors. And the desktop icon looks better!
 
haha well i have no idea what i am talking about when im comes to that type of stuff. i know basic shit, but nothing more.
 
thread jacking, is there anyone that you know personally (includes yourself) that has actually gotten a virus from limewire or frostwire?
 
care to expand on that? i never got how to download full albums.

also, one of my friends suggested soulseek? not to threadjack or anything, but these questions have been bothering me.
 
frostwire. free and equivalent to limewire pro.

watch what you download and its fine. look at the size of files, and if they dont seem right, dont click it.
 
I remember a thread a little while ago where you could use a program to connect to other peoples itunes. That would work if you have an Ipod.
 
Out of those two Frostwire beats Limewire. They are basically the same but Frostwire is faster. I use Frostwire only when I want to download specific songs. The rest of the time I use Vuze to download torrents. Its convinient if you want a whole album and I use it for movies too.

i have been using frostwire on my mac for 2 years now.its really hard to get it (SARCASM POLICE!)you type frostwire into safari and it comes up as DOWNLOAD for MAC OSXyou than click DOWNLOAD
than u sit back and laugh

i think im gunna do that when i get my mac thanks guys, i would be torrenting but im too lazy and im usually picky about what songs i have on my iTunes.
 
Frostwire is limewire but better... youll get a bit of spyware but nothing a weekly scan cant deal with... its good for downloading a few songs every now and then...

torrent if you need albums and whatnot though.
 
Frostwire is better.

But to the people who say fuck both, use torrents. Torrents and the Gnutella network (what frostwire/limewire/kazaa run on) compliment each other. You use torrents for full albums and you use google/gnutella to get single tracks for when you don't want the whole album.
