Frostwire Help

Okay so i just downloaded Frostwire since Limewire got shut down and i do not have the money to use Itunes. When i download the songs they show up in Itunes under the shared tab as Thomas Frostwire files. But what i need is for them to transfer into my Itunes library, i had it set up with Limewire to do this but i can not seemto figure out how to do it with the new program. If someone could please help me out i would be greatly appreciated. Thank You
 
-Go to the library tab on frostwire

-Click on the saved files triangle

-Click on audio or whatever you just downloaded, I'm assuming it's music

-Click the explore button in the middle blue divider

-A folder should come up with all your downloaded music

-Sort it by date to make things easier in the future

-Turn off frostwire when you're not downloading anything
 
Just download the album, 99% of the time you'll find at least a couple more songs from that album that you'll like.
 
Is there a way to set it up so it automatically will transfer to my itunes library? and also, how do i sort it by date?
 
i could never find out how although im sure theres a way. doesnt take too long to just do it manually so i just say stick with that
 
yeah do it manually, and you can sort it by date in your folder, you have to right click and select that option
