I think front flips are easy for some people when back flips are pretty hard.. Or vice versa.. If i was crazy enough to go inverted, i think i would feel more comfortable doing a front.

the very fact that your dad did them is a big part of the reason a lot of people hate on front flips, they're super oldschool. Practically no one ever does them anymore but I still think they're pretty dope, especially lawn darts, those are sick. Overall front flips aren't that hard though, just extend and tuck and you're golden.

they're ALOT harder than backies on ramps... but if you wana learn them, it sbest to find, a cornice, where its a ledge, then a gap, then a landing, so your not going backwards first, (i mean up the jump!) but, i too feel the same way, fronts appeal to me as bieng easier rather than backs, i spose thats me on tramp aswell though..

anyone have any tips on throwing them? i know on tramps they are a lot harder to land than backs, but still pretty easy

Jesus Christ, nice shot!

i like Shane's huge front flip off the kicker on the cliff that Douglas throws the cork 7 on. i think it was about 90 ft. and if you look there are no tracks in the landing, so Shane must have front-flipped his first hit! so oldschool, but when done nicely, they're pretty cool

lawn darts are sexy off big cliffs. other than that front flips are usually pretty sketch

i can't do a front to save my life. i always land on my ass. i just need to learn to rotate harder, but its so awkward. i've been doing backflips on foot off of everything since i was a kid so i don't find them toooo hard on skis, but i would much rather know how to do a front.

i can do front flips off cliffs (i do the kind where u sprint, lay out and tuck), but ive only tried on skis once, but i was close.

backflips off cliffs are real easy but i havent dont them skiing

If your trying to throw a front off of a table, the key is to pop. When i was first learning i was just kinda rolling off the lip, then casing the table. To get the flip motion going foward pop off the tips of your skis and throw all your wieght forward. There isnt much to it at all.

haha, i was nailing them almost everytime when i was 10 and now im almost 16 and i havent done one since i was tenand i always want to but i chicken out like crazy

If you're abs are stronger, a front will brobably be a little easier for you, or if you have more lower back strength, that a back will probably be easier. At least thats what my friend who is a diver says.

^ That's different man. Anyways, I tried one before... Lost all sense of balance that day buut it was good fun.
