Frontflip help

I can do them on the tramp but whats the whole deal with popping off the lip or whatever. Just need some tips thanks.
 
how i do them is i kinda pop like a superman but a quick superman. if you want to superman, just lay it out more but tuck harder after. but def pop forward
 
dont actually jump, just feel like your streching out from your knees down a ton and lean foward. with landing just whip your feet around to help your momentum and youll hit the ground. dont do it on a too big or too small jump at first though, i learned on like a 25 foot jump. soft landings help to. i landed very backseat like almost on my back the first few times but i got it pretty quickly
 
Landed them first try. Now they are super natural for me. I actually hate front flips on the trampoline but love them on jumps. One tip is that you don't throw it down, you throw it out/forward and then tuck around.
 
If you have problems with landing backseat, hold the underside of your thighs, you will have the correct stance for landing with your weight straight down your body center.
 
off a small jump you have to kinda flex forward off the jump but on a big one you can more pop than flip more like a tramp
 
use your arms more when you are learning...shoot them out and punch down...slightly exagerated motion so you get the whole rotation...eventually you wont have to use your arms as much...boom

well obviously on a tramp your not just jumping you get tossed up. without popping you dont really have anything tossing you up. ur just riding of the jump. just a little ollie with your tips is all you need to get you going. the rest is in your torso/arms/ legs/ however you like to throw them
 
the trick is to go of the jump and then flip and thats pretty much how to do a frontflip in a nutshell
