Front Flips

hey. i wanna try some front flips this weekend. any tips for learning them?

How many boots could three Phils fill if three Phils could fill boots?
 
the biggest thing about front is think is just to commit. if you dobut yourself and don't commit completely you'll come up short. You don't need a large amount of air. also, it might help to try it without pole the first couple of times. that made it easier for me. i like to just try them off small cliffs, like 10-15 feet. it might help you too if you have a jump with a steeper lip. if i were you i would just try them and see how you do.

 
Remember to get the air first, then the flip. It may hurt a little if you land on your back, but It's only sore a few days after. I would suggest doing it if the snow is wet or soft because it won't hurt as much. Good Luck!

 
to make sure that you spin fast enough, grab your knees and let go and extend once you begin to look forwards. it is better to underrotate than overrotate so pick a small jump with a steep lip, 15ft is usually good.
