Front flip with a 360

If both of them are pretty straight then it's a front full. If they're both off axis it's a misty 7.

do s misty three doesn't exist? in the category of unicorns and switch zero spins?

I guess I can do a misty 540 into a pool, but I hadn't known that was what it was called. Front+180.

its a front full, if its more like a spin and not like a straight spining frontflip, its a misty 7

interesting thought and I'm certainly not the best in techy flip/spins, but still doesn't quite make sense. If a misty is the opposite of a rodeo (front/back flip with spins), then a rodeo three must mean a "back cork 3"? Is that around?

What I mean is that the 360 we're talking about is the full flip rotation it seems like, which means there shouldn't be any spin. so just a plain backy/front? do continue svp

frontflip with a 360 is a front full or a misty 7. i see a front full like a flip and rotation but not off axis. so during you are flipping, you spin but you continue flipping w/o changing axis. for a misty, it will be an off axis spin. (it looks like a 180 with a lincoln loop)

here's a misty (i think) i did 2 weeks ago.

^^sorry wrong embed

Then what's a bio? I always thought a misty 5 would be a front flip with a 540 but the 5 is continuous. And a cork is an off axis spin.

a misty 540 is equivalent to a frontflip 180, but off axis. a bio 540 is simply a misty that doesnt go inverted.

?senor, no me entende? are you saying unicorns exist? and switch zero spins?

I'm just messing with you, but I am curious to how a misty or rodeo three goes down. Enlighten me!!!

Wait i thought that was a flat spin not a bio, if i'm wrong could you explain a flat spin.

And my front fulls are different than my misty 7's because the front full i pull forward first and on my misties i pull at a 45

Seen tons of good posts from you lately, like you really stand out. 10/10, good member, knows his shit.

nope, a misty because ur inverted but very not far of a bio. look the vid i post before in this thread, it is the same as u (about 180 to lincoln loop)
I don't know why but more this thread is going on, more it looks like a bio dosen't exist. lol

No im absolutely positive mine is a bio because I don't got inverted like a misty, im pretty sure a misty is like a front flip but you just do a spin at the same time, and you dont go off axis. But see how much I went off axis in my bio 5? Im just wondering if that was an off axis frontflip with a 540 or a 180

Good info here. this shit has always confused the hell out of me, but its starting to make more sense.
But what about d-spins/flatspins? Are they even close to bios/misty's?

Oh wow whole new level there, a flatspin is when you horizontal in the air and you are spinning but also rotating (if you know what I mean)

Yeah sort of but you throw it differently. Keep in mind I cant do them though haha. But yeah a cork spinning horizontal and your axis spinning at the same time. It's some crazy shit
