You honestly have no clue what you're talking about...of course you go inverted in that video. Just because your feet aren't directly over your head perpendicular to the ground, doesn't mean that you aren't inverted— your feet are clearly above your head, thus "inversion". That vid is not a bio 5...not at all. You are doing a misty 5, or a front flip 180 wherein the rotations are set simultaneously. As opposed to front 1/2 or front full where the flip is initiated prior to the spin and the trick has the look of a dive or aerials trick.
A bio 5 is a forward leaning off axis 5. It is the mirror opposite of a cork. To visualize a bio, thinking about popping off the lip with a ton of forward shin pressure, and aiming your head downhill, Bios and mistys don't look at all alike....in fact, some of the "newschool" rodeos (good example is McChesney when he does rodeo 9s and up) look a lot like bios that CR and co. were throwing in 02-03 (Ski Movie III).

Furthermore, Mistys and Bios are not thrown the same, nor are they similar in any way other than the fact that they are "forward" tricks.
The only trick that is usually confused with a misty 5 is an overflip— roughly a 90-Lincoln Loop-90 (good example is Pete O's trick on a BC booter in Yeah Dude where he does a straight leg truck/rocket riding a pair of Guns...other times he does this trick and it looks more mistyish).
Man, there is so much misinformation running around....someone post the link to Rowen's trick guide.
