M Matt_T Member Mar 16, 2013 #3 Decent amount of speed, but I find its more about technique. Being able to really bring your skis around is important. Don't do what the guy in that video did and bring your head to your dick and sit like that.

Active member Mar 16, 2013 #7 You need enough to land about half way down the knuckle make sure your skis are splayed so that your stronger foot is about 6 inches in front of the other. focus on going forward kind of dive forward first. once you feel your back foot leave the ground then start to tuck your head try and spot your landing as you come around keep your eyes open!
