Front Flip Help

Hey guys Ive been trying fronts lately and have been having trouble getting around. Ive done some in powder (inconsistently). Just wondering what you guys would suggest the best way to get around? I live in the midwest and ski a small hill with small jumps (more like lips). Should I use the 1 foot step/stomp and pop method? or the superman tuck? Thanks for any help! K+

If you stomp your right foot down you'll be able to get more power into the flip itself. If you are trying to do a frontflip over lips and small jumps, then this would be the easiest way to go. If you have access to the BC, then that's just great. Practice throwing them as fast as possible and eventually you'll get the hang of it. You'll also learn the feeling of coming around and spotting the landing. Good luck.

if your flipping on tiny jumps/lips, the 1 foot swing "punch front" is the only way your gonna make it without going mach 10. I don't recommend the superman on a jump under 25 feet (35 is probably around ideal).
Just my opinion
