From picnic table to wallride

would a piece of hdpe over a picnic table make it an adequate wallride? i mean obviously i would put the table on its side or w/e to make it look like one. would one sheet be good or would panelling it with hdpe be better? has anyone ever done this?

I seriously think that would be the biggest waste of money ever, a wall ride is fun for only so long...just make one like the other kid in here and make a rail on top..or just go to a ski mtn

it wouldn't be much fun just cause itd be so short, but it might be fun to have it like a 45 degree angle and boost off of it

that would be sick but why not just make a real long box with all the hdpe that would use... like a really long battleship or double kink

i dont think you would even need to spend the money on the lexan

i would just use it as a stall , not big enough for a legit wallride

you could probably just save your money and hit the picnic table as a wallride with no additional surfacing, it seems like that would work just fine

here is the wall ride i made with chip board for the surface.. but i havent gotten to try it yet:(

last year i made a big ass pile of snow and had a long pallet sticking out at the top and just braced it from the back with 2 by 4s and it was pretty fun, i dont think you need to do much to make a fun wallride

from experience, picnic tables slide fine for what your doing. in september me and some friends went jibbing and our box was a picnic table and our run in was an old door we had leaned off the playset behind the arena. so dont even bother covering the table, we could still do pivots and stuff.
