so for the 11-12 season ive decided on just going with season pass to save money, what place would you choose and why? +K for good ideas - for shit talkers

If you are in college, mount snow. Illest parks around and the higher education pass is $275 for 4 mountains(Mount Snow, Big Boulder, Attitash, and Crotched). Its well worth driving a bunch more to ride a park with a variety of features that are actually set up well.
If not in college, I would go with butternut. Back when I was in high school it was 250 for the season and depending where you live its only a 1-2 hour drive.
If you're talking local then obviously sundown, but thats like 500 bucks and imo i would rather drive further for a park that has real jumps.

sundown if you dont wana drive far. mt snow if you wana only make treks on the weekend. those are the only 2 logical choices for the area.

Even i get a mount snow pass and i hardly ever get to go. that place is the shit. Come hang out with us at sundown if you're in the need for afternoon/night skiing a few hours here and there every week. but if you've got the whole day, then yea, snow.

Butternut does a great job. if night skiing isnt important to you and you want a variety of rails and bonks then its a choice to consider for sure.

Pretty much.

Butternut is decent, I had fun there when I went, but it's not somewhere I'd go everyday like Sundown (it's just closer and has a better atmosphere), and if I'm gonna travel (at least to ski park) I'm gonna go to Mount Snow.

The thing about butternut, is that so much stuff is in favor of snowboarding, ie absolutely NO lips and weird ride on rails etc, but their season pass is so cheap that i get one anyway along with sundown and pay it off in like 5 visits

I'm gettin a butternut pass and a mount snow college pass. The only reason i don't get a sundown pass is because their season pass is so much more expensive.

Idk where In CT you are from but if you are way down in southern CT

(lower fairfield) I would deff go with Mtn. Creek in New Jersey. I go there on my winter breaks when I'm home from school. Tons of people but sick features.

I hate creek. Don't get me wrong they have some sick features, but the mobs of snowboarders chew up the lips/landings so fast. And for some reason, it seems to be cursed for me. Every single time I've been there I or somebody I am riding with gets seriously fucked up.

What??? I post all the time (although I'm taking the summer off for the most part cause I'm in PA for the summer)...mostly in Gear Talk and the NE regionals and some in Ski Gabber.

the nerd is strong in this one. Go forth, king nerd, and rule the kingdom of nerdium with a fierce and mighty ........ i lost it. yay summer jobs
