Frisco Rec Center Ski Area?

So I know that they have installed a super big magic carpet and have started snowmaking, but what is the deal? Is it going to be a tubing hill? I heard a rumour they will have some jibs? I also heard that a ticket is $40?! Anyone know?

Are you talking about the Nordic center near Summit Hospital? I have never seen a rec center in Frisco...

yeah its across from the hospital, but it has disc golf in the summer and camping and such. i thought it was called the recreation center? maybe not?

they wouldn't make a penny if it was 40 bucks a ticket, It may be 40 bucks for the season, but that seems a bit low...who knows.

they didnt have it open for night skiing last season, they used to a few years ago, something about the lights i guess, did they fix it?

keystone park is only open til 6pm, but i remember they used to keep it open later, stinks they close it so early

Toby was trying to tell me this wasn't going to happen this season. Confirmed: park open til 6 once night skiing starts.

$29 for tubing and rails I think... Maybe they'll make a seperate ticket just for the jibs. Its $25-$30 to tube at Copper... Im guessing they want to be competition to that. Do they have tubing at Breck and Key?
