I'm not doubting those other activities are fun, but I think I speak for many people on this site when I say that skiing reigns supreme, even if that's just by a little bit.
Your problem (and correct me if I'm wrong), seems to be that you ski at the same resort and have been for the past decade+. If that's the case, then learn new things, find new lines, challenge yourself. I've never experienced being bored with a mountain, because I travel all over to ski (doubt I've had more than 7 days at one mountain a season) and if I did, I would move on to another resort.
Just my 2 cents. I mean backcountry skiing is still skiing, even if it's not on the same terrain you've been skiing the last ten years lol.
