Friends failing out of college

I was just talking to my friend from school today, and he said he's probs not coming back cause of grades. This sucks so bad, i always got footage around the dorm, and he was always in it. I dunno if it's like this at other schools, but tons of people go home, but there are 3 or 4 guys on your floor that always stay on the weekens, and you party with them. This sucks, this happen to anyone else ?

that sux! my mom and i just went shopping to get SAT prep books and college choice book things....the people at the bookstore were like..lecturing me about how i shouldn't drop outta college and how i should go to a good school and work my ass off. urgh

My first semmester in college I was really good friends with this really really hot girl. Like the hottest girl I've ever seen in real life. All the guys in my program wanted to be my friend because I was friends with her. She dropped out after a few months, and I was really sad. We got tired of playing phone tag, and I don't really talk to her anyomore. That's my story.

I was .1 of a mark from getting kicked out. had a 4.5 out of 9. If I woudla had a 4.4 I was gonan be ousted! I think next year will be a 'go to class' year. I went to one lecture in my PERLS104 class and not even one in the second semester of my physiology class. HAHAHA, I passed both!!!

But seriously kids, go to school.

I go to college, and out of 180 engineering students that started, there are only 10 left (after 2 years). It's pretty bad how many people drop out. But some people just don't like it, so it's smarter to go find something you will enjoy.

 
a lot of people realize that they can do better in college because they're studying something they like and also YOU'RE PAYING FOR IT DUMBASS!!!

i went to one class....i dont mean one course...i mean one class, like 2 hours....then i quit...now i have no money, and no education...the things i give up for ski jumping

 
yea, i know a few people who dropped out for skiing... and i don't wanna be one of them - so i'm just not going.

Canada has the highest percent of their population go to University in the world. Personally I think that post secondary is over rated. Not everyone can be managers. We still need trades people, and you can still make good money being a plumber (just an example). I go to collge, but it's because I'm not good with my hands, and I think it's best for me. If you don't want to go to post secondary, and somebody tells you you should, kick them in the shins.

fakiedropdude...... i don't know why people go home. It makes no scence at all to me. I do sometimes in the winter to go skiing, but still when i do, it sucks. Anyone who isn't in college, it isn't that hard, you just gotta study a little bit which is kinda expected at college. Im not bragging or anything, just proving how it isn't bad. Just study a little each day.

i am not too sure what i am doing with my life now. I got accepted into selkirk college for the ski resort operations and management thingy, but i don't think i am going to go, mainly because i would probably end up living in a cardboard box because i sold all of my possession for a rock of crack.

Another reason is because i am an only child, and i am a spoiled only child. I don't do anything around the house, i basicly just spend my parents money and never talk to them. I think if forced to live alone i would most likely die. Well, maybe not because i am a kick ass cook...i would probably just never do laundry or any type of chores.

Dudes, college kicks so much ass. My first 2 years of college have been the best of my life! Wake up, go to a few hrs of class, come back and chill with friends, go running, get high, drink. Repeat everyday until the weekends then drink heavily and party heavily. I saw my parents only during christmas all year. How can you beat that? Plus my school is only 2 hrs from Hood. Damn I already miss it, can't wait until August....
