Friend's edit critique

Hey boys, a friend of mine didn't have an account here but wanted some more knowledgeable people to criticize his editing skills or lack there of. Constructive criticism anyone?

Editing wise - not bad, actually pretty damn good and fun to watch for sure. However, I found it hard to focus on that though when I knew that he had taken the footage from JOSS vids and Simon's Slumdog edit...idk that's just me.
 
Uhm just an fyi, don't do that again.

1) Asher Roth is a talentless bitch whose songs cater almost specifically to pastel shirt wearing frat boys.

2) Don't take other peoples footage, if you edit anything its because YOU shot it, or someone asked you to. Don't steal other peoples footage.

3) Even if its mildly good ( not sure? only made it 30 seconds in) its probably because of how amazingly everything was shot.

Sorry if that was dick, but its the truth..

Tell you friend to shoot some summer shit, then post that up if you want a real critique.
 
yeah the first thing that appealed to me was the filming then i realized it wasn't his footage and got a bit annoyed.
