My friends car got broken into in at the Mirror Lake trail head today. I feel like people are so fuckin greedy and selfish. I lost my phone, wallet, credit cards, passport, two Dakine packs, a 3 liter bladder and some other odds and ends. We were going to camp at Trillium for the night and they took my sleeping bag. I was planning on taking my backpack on the hike then at the last minute decided to not take it not really thinking about my important stuff. I guess i got caught slippin up. If you stole my shit please give it back!
 
wow. this is fucking bullshit. if somebody is in govy camp they are probably also skiiers/snowboarders and should know that you are too and how much fucking problem they are causing.

fucking scumbags. i hope you get your stuff and i hope whoever stole it gets anally raped with a rusty mace.

probably some sketchy people from the scummits. i would pretty much take everything out of my car if i was leaving it parked for any length of time there. place can be a pretty bad gypsy scene. hope you find your stuff though
 
Damn dude, that blows. Saturday night my cooler got pirated and all my beer got stolen. Sunday night my tent got raped. carton of cigs, weed, couple shirts and my completely irreplaceable djembe got snagged. Luckily I had my wallet and camera on me. Really sucked after a great night coming back to my tent open with all my shit everywhere. Luckily there wasn't too much of value in there at the time.

Sent out a bunch of people looking for the drum. In the morning got a call from the neighbors that when they woke up my drum was sitting on the wagon. ( I slept at this girls rv, didn't even want to go back in the tent). Somebody either felt like a scumbag and brought it back or somebody beat them up and brought it back for me.

Karma does work out sometimes. People you steal shit need to get destroyed. It's so scummy, but it seems to be all the rage. People stealing even the most worthless shit, like some gum from the store. Whats the point.

Hope something good happens to you at some point to counter balance everything. Especially sucks on your credit cards though.
 
that sucks man. They could've at least left your ID's and shit. I mean, what the fuck are they gonna do with your passport? Be YOU? Fucking idiots.
 
gah. i hate stories like this. its the little stuff that really gets you going. you could always buy another sleeping bag, which sucks, i know, but when they take you ID's and passports its just a huge hassle and its something the thief could never hope to use. i got vibes for you man.
 
^ Government Camp is the town on highway 26 on Mt. Hood, OR. Our trunk was full of camping gear and some dry firedwood. I just decided not to hike with the backpack. its not a far hike.
 
my car was broken into also.

i went to NYC electric zoo last weekend. I left 100 dollars in my center console figuring i dont wanna have too much cash in my wallet in case i get pick pocketed or something. I come home around 12 then head over to chill at a friends house. i came out side after about half an hour to find my car door open, glove box open, car smelling of cigaretes, and $100 gone.

it sucks. there so many things i wish i could do with that money but now so 15 year old kid is out buying a bunch of weed or some shit.
