Friday the 13th remake

I just got back from the movie. It wasnt bad but was so fucking predictable. You knew when he was going to show up and what was going to happen next. If you want to see this movie i would say wait for the dvd.

If you went to a Friday the 13th movie to be suprised, you're a moron. Those movies have followed an identical formula for 29 years. If you like tits, and stereotypical teenagers getting brutally murdered, then you'll like this.

not true. i like those things, but the rest of the stuff in friday the 13th movies doesn't keep me from wanting to rip my eyes out. it's impossible to enjoy unless you're retarded.

Utter bullshit. Friday the 13th films are pure campy, cheeky goodness. If you don't like them out of sheer 80's nostalgia, you're either too young, or you've never watched one pre-Takes Manhattan. Jason Vorhees is an icon.

You don't go into a movie like that with the same set of expectations that you would another film...there's plenty of enjoyment and fun to be had. Obviously, you don't find it in the writing or acting.
