the new freeze has 121 pages. each page better than the next. however in a 121 page magazine i would hope that there would be more than just 24 numbered pages. its a pain in the ass getting half way through an article and then it says continued on page(#). well how the hell am i gonna find the rest of the article without page numbers. this problem also makes a table of contents 100% useless.

 
every mag is like that... they cant put page numbers on ads.

the magazine can put numbers on anything they want...ad or not. instant message FREEZEBOX with this complaint but be nice cause he takes a lot of shit from a lot of people

 
No, ads can't have page numbers on them because they sometimes differ, although this might be more for the big mags. Like a Time magazine sent to Europe may have different ads than one in America. I don't remember where I heard that, but I'm sure it's true. I think it would also ruin the look of the ad by having a number on it.

 
Problem is that as the deadlines come up, FREEZE is scrambling to make sure that people are supporting the magazine. Ads come and go at the last minute, pages are cut (example, where are the contenders in that issue?), so the page numbers change too much.

Even in a mag like TWSnow they can predict the page count and therefor have a better chance of putting the correct number on each editorial page.

And I will support Salomon most of the time, but why aren't they in that issue?

 
then thats saying they only have 24 pages of non-ad content, which isnt true

Just 24 pages with numbers written on them. The thing is that there really aren't any stories that are continued later in the mag, so it doesn't matter too much. And it ain't like it's a 400 page issue of Vanity Fair either.

 
lol my freezes always come like 3 weeks late, so i end up going to the book store to read it

I saw it at two bookstores in Denver earlier this week. It should be on every newsstand that carries it by Sept. 3rd.

 
i got my freeeze like 3 or 4 days ago. go me. it totally made my day/week when i saw it. that means snow is coming, yes, even for ohio.
