I think if they screw us over we all get together and file a class action lawsuit. It'd be easy as fuck to win.

Well the company who owns Powder had one filed against them a few years ago weh they changed the # of issues in a subscription from 7 to 6. There are enough people who are subscribed who are smart enough to get it organized.

No no your right. What was I thinking. All is lost. I'm only going to get 2 issues out of my X preorder subscription.

dude, companies screw u over all the time like dat and u wudnt win a lawsuit against the companies ive seen this happen to, oh well, u can give it a shot but i dont think a lawsuit wud be a gud idea coz the legal fees wud outweigh ur refund, have fun tryin though

 
Well they won the one against Powder so you never know. It's more the priciple than actually trying to get some money out of it. They are just screwing over left and right. First they take our mag then they cancel everyone's subscription before it's over. I bet like the Better Business Bureau or or some sort of consumer rights group would get involved. They have lawyers tha work for them. That's usually how those lawsuits go down.

hell i'm not getting anything outta my plehouse preorder from freeze. Plehouse won't return any of my emails to tell me how i can (AT LEAST) get the issues going up to january.

somebody should call clarke howard about all this lawsuit stuff
