Hey,

Im just wondering if FREEZE magazine is worth buying. I live in the UK and can only get 2 Freeski magazine (which is great..) but i only just got the last one of this season. I contacted freeze and said i could get the offer for the subscription. Is it worth it and whats it like?

It's a great magazine with beatiful pictures,lots and lots of action shots instead of landscape shots and powder shots (that appear heavily in 2 Freeski) but it will not come to you at the same time it appears in the States and Canada,so if you are patient,go for it.

Thats what they said. Wonder if they will send me back issues of this season? Do you get any big posters in it? Everyone over here only knows one thing- boarding!

 
I have my Freeze every months and it sucks...There is almost no contain or interesting articles and there are only 4 big pictures and you have already saw them in the movie from the same angle.

They should check this out.

Freeze isn't as good as 2 Freeski. The photos aren't as nice, the content is VERY U.S.-centered, and the mag itself is smaller-format than 2 Freeski. It's still one of the better ones, and still destroys Freeskier magazine, so I say get it.

PJ Cliche: Total skate influence. Even doh dis is on concrete, an you are face sideways, an it has sweet fuck all to do with ski, skate 'as play a huge role wit my steeze.
 
its an awesome mag, it's not high quality literature or anything but it's fun, which i like to see in a ski mag, and it's got great pics. besides, it's a magazine about skiing so you really can't go wrong.

 
what pisses me off about freeze is that it is not even 100 pages when Transworld snowboarding is like 250 pages.

ya its sick.. defintly worth buying. lots of free stuff this season. movie, stickes session 1242 poster, articles are okay... worth the money

Freeze is a magazine that cops read. It has all the latest and greatest on police issues... You guys are screwed...

reading quality isnt as good as say, Powder magazine. but i still like it, articles are usually entertaining to read, lots of times verging on downright retarted comedy in them however. photographs are awesome though. i'd say get it for a year and see if you like it.

yea eh powder licks my cock.... when i was young it used to rock mabe it was because i was young but i still look at the old issues and then look at new issues and it blows my mind... isnt there like axis or something assoicated with powder how is that? freeski freeskier the samee thing... i got some canadian magazine and barnes an dnobles but they dont carry it any more it licks oh well........
