Freeze frames in iMovie?

i have this video and i want to take a shot from it and just keep it a a picture cause the rest of the video sucks and i just want my friends facial expression how do i do this? or can i do it?

open it in quicktime, then screen shot it.

Depends on your computer, on macs it command+shift+4. I'm sure you can find out how to do it on google if you don't have a mac.

imovie= mac. haha but yeah command shift 4 lets you select a specific portion of your screen, command shift 3 is the entire screen.
