freestyle walking is fun as hell, i don't got no sliding shoes though, so i can't do rails, i just bonk off stuff, do stalls and do tricks off like everything.

nice i'm going ot look at the pictures...

i feel like scuh an ass when i do it because none of my home friends ski or anything, so i get a lot of weird looks when i climb up on top of everything and jump off them crazily.

I say we set up a comp like they have for sky surfing, where they have 2 person teams. Like you could have a photographer and the walker. And the submisions would be in the form of like 5pics per round. I say pics because vids would just make it look stupid but you could get some cool effects with diffrent angles of still photos.

just run up to the 1/4pipe as fast as i can, jump up and huck back.

my friend pulls switch misty 9s off his deck.. its so sick! the guys put it in their ski video for this year.. its so bad ass!

Sounds smart...real smart. Darryl- that probably would work. another thing, incorporate ski poles, and you can do a front flip/roll thing off the deck of the pipe into it. hand plants are fun too!

i've never thought of it as freestyle walking, I just jump around when I'm bored and want to ski or skate. If you're good and can do backs and grind rails then I guess you can call it a sport, but otherwise....

by the way, stigler, this is a new school skiing website; you need to go find a homo porn site where you'd fit in better.

 
a while back there was a link on FRZ to a freestyle walking video. it was cool, they were doing rails and shit. some cool crashes, they wern't jumping though. at Dv8 or X games or something somene should run out onto the street course with some of those shoes and start freestyle walking, just jump around and hit some rails and shit, that would be cool.

Freestyle walking is the shit. I do it at the skate park.I also do it at the sand dunes coz slams dont hurt as much

I can do 720 and misty 5's.does any body else get a fuck up back form doing it on concrete.

 
Haha, some kid on here said he taped milk jug to his shoe, then grinded with them. So, I did it and I slid a 35 foot rail on my shoes. I was sprinting so fast when I hit it. I tried again and bashed my head. Everyone laughed at me...

they got them at bj's and costco for like, 40 bucks. no name but still, they are mad cheap. I think thats like, 700$ Canadian.

heheh i tried to do a massive mute grab off this dirt hill when i was screwing around with some friends and i landed with my feet crossed and almost broke my foot. i now hate that damn 'sport'. it made me miss my last damn day of skiing because i couldnt fit on my ski boot because my ankle was twice as big as normal.

 
haha, that sucks. My friend dyl had a broken thumb, and he kept skiing so its prolly screwed for the rest of his life cuz he never went to the doctor...not a smart move. but he did win a comp with it.

 
LOL...u guys are funny, running and jumping around in shoes saying that you are doing skiing jumps? lol..the real question can you do them on ski's???

 
I can slide on rails with skis... but I can't do mistys or anything like that, but i can't do them on the ground either.
