Freestyle Rolling

Everybody needs to buy a pair of skates you can get a cheap pair to start you off for about $100. rollerblading will come back soon and smash the shit outta skateboarding... u watch!

in that first vid, whats that song where the chick is singing

it has been stuck in my head for like weeks

in the third video the guy at the start talks about rollersketing have a dif style to ever other sport cause the style comes from within or wateva and like cause the style doesnt come from like a bike... WAT ABOUT SKIING! we are the same and its pretty true wat he is saying though, like our style comes from the movement of our body and not with a bike or skateboard

No kidding. Almost every time i drop more than 8 or 10 feet to flat on skis (riding regular) i feel it that night.

when they drop look how much their bodies compress though.. like a fair bit more than you would on skis im guessing... its probably easier to do that on rollerskates than on skis

haha rollerskates. I bet people saying shit like that pisses them off like when people who dont know anything about skiing start talking about it.

rollerbalding needs more gangsta steeze. I like skiing's style a lot better, trying to make things look as easy and relaxed as possible

rolling is so nasty, everyone needs to go cop some blades and start doing it. It just needs a fanbase culture behind it like skating or surfing does and it will be jsut as big. the some they do is so much sicker than any other sport.

and i always have trouble "locking in" my grind plates/soles to the rail, do i jsut need more practice? do most people find this hard at first?

a bunch of my friends blade, and want to try and get me to start. you got any suggestions on what skates to buy? because i am totally clueless.

its pretty easy to pick up, me and my friend started doing it last year in the summer and in like a month we could slide some decent rails and do switchups and stuff, but i kind of quite cause i didnt have a pair of my own

jea inline is so legit. im gonan go do soem right now. but seriosuly inlineskating is liek the only "extream" sport black guys r really good at.

a good friend of mine rolls and he kept talking it up and i kept giving him shit about it, then he showed me mindgames and it blew my mind.

im not gonna take it up though cos im too retarded and have absolutely no sense of fore-aft balance

i used to have a pair of K2 inlines, fatty somethings. shit was so much fun. its so unbelievably versatile with rails. if youve ever gotten into urban rails on skis you kinda know what im talking about when i say you look at where you live in a completely different way.

goin rolling is the best way to build balance, and much needed leg strength for ski season.

I used to do it a s load when i was younger and not so much for the past 3 years but my town ymca just built a pretty cool skate park so i have been hittin that up. I just picked up a pair of trs downtown 3s which was wierd shopping cause i haven't bought a pair of skates since the first roces majestic 12s came out like 10 years ago. Now I'm ready for warm weather and the satisfying bodily abuse and strange self accomplishment that come with street skating.

trust me, a broken arm later i can say i tried.

i just never got rolling or skating, yet cycling & skiing just come naturally to me

ok, so i have a question, does anyone know how hard skating is going to be on my knee? cause i got torn acl and miniscus right now.
