Yo, I have freeze and its my favorite mag, i subscribed to powder to but i reallly dont like it at all... so i was wondering how good is freeskier... cuz i need another mag to read, later

i kinda like freeskier. the articles aren't as good as freeze, but there are some nice pictures and such. I just bought the newest one, with the CR interview. it's alright. I think that the thing that makes me like it is the nice glossy pages, oooh, so glossy and nice.

it's pretty good. plus if you subscribe now they send you all this free shit. i got a red 'freeskier' shit, a smith shirt, and a smith beanie. pretty sick.

first off, Powder is a great magazine, to each their own i guess

second, Freeskier is really good, not as good as freeze though. but the quality of the paper used for the magazine much higher i find

Freeskier is the biggest piece of garbage magazine in the entire world. YEs the yhave nice glossy pages, and some decent pictures, but their articles are SHIT. Their content is more about the new fashion trends on teh hill and the latest gossip about who is doing what than anything to do with skiing or the movement.

Freeskier funkin blows!

Axis is real sick...it's cheap, but I don't think you can get a subscription, but it's pictures are tight and it doesn't have any gay, useless articles.

to the people who like powder and to mtbakr, i just dont like Powder much because im not into backcountry because we dont have much around here... so id rather get a mag that i can actually relate to, no need to be a fucker bout it

Axis. It's like freeze and freeskier, but intelligent. Like, they don't spell the skier's names wrong, and shit. Most of it is written by the riders anyway. Don't know how to subscribe, but I think they're e-mail is axis@primedia.com.

 
i dont know if u can subscribe to axis cause they dont put out an issue regularly yet, but im probably wrong i just bum free ones off of my friends shop or the line rep when he comes to cannon

freeskier's got nice pics, but other than that it's not worth it, they say their hard corp and independent and diss Powder and Freeze cause they were owned by aol last year, yet they fill their magazine with corporate sponsers that have nothing to do with skiing... and they have a lot of stupid fasion articles

freeskier is awesome. I get powder, freeze and freeskier. Plus, freeskier's got mad hotties in their mag, last year they had an issue with the hottest female skiers.

Yeah, but they are totally sell-outs. they had more covers with people's faces last year than of people skiing. Whats up with that? The ysay they cover lifestyle, but they dont. they cover fashion and little trends like that. GAY!

still you can't argue with hot chicks and skiing. i like powder and axis even though i only have like 1 issue of axis which happens to be the one that came with that one powder.
