Is anyone goin to this event. I know its sorta far from now, but i gotta start planning. Is it a good event to go to? How is there set up. I've heard/seen good things from MC but i dunno if its worth the haul from Indiana.
Dude... from indiana you want to go to of all places NEW JERSEY.Seriously walk up to the 2nd floor of your house, its the same elevation as mountain creek.
yes, but Mountain creek still makes sicker features than almost any where on the east coast despite being in NJ. But man, I doubt it is worth the 12 hour drive or however long it is
'slopestyle' was 4 boxes then one hit, which was lame, but the halfpipe is always in good shape for a contest, but yeah im still going cause it was fun, but 12 hours, well thats up to u man
yo i was there on sat and the rail fell over because there wasnt enough snow hahaha its not worth a 12 hour drive. if your going 12 hours dont go south theres much better comps somewhere up there unless ur trying to qualify for the vt open
not worth the 12 hour drive but the reason why the rail fail is was the lack of snow but now i bet they've been blowing all night and shit. but defiantly not worth 12 hours. MC is sick though
the winner of each event gets about 1200 cash, because you haqve to divide it amongst girls and guys and then first second and third, and then the slopestyle and pipe.
not all their shit is urban setup u have no idea what ur talking bout freeskier vernon is good they got a bunch of variated boxes almost no rails they got 2 good hits
Its not the bigest mountain but intrawest is owned by The Man so they have mad bilz to spend on the park and thats all they put their money into, so it is pretty huge. Its just that they dont have any good jumps.
