Ive be biking pretty much my whole life,and i switched from bmx to freeride mountain biking about 3 years ago.

I ride a 2003 Specialized P1 which is completely decked out...mountain biking is so much fun, I mainly dirtjump and ride urban or hit up the ocassional skate park...does anyone else bike?

yeah right here, I ride an 03 stinky, i had a shiver on it but i sold it so i could buy Pistol's. Its still in the work's to beeing tricke'd but ill prob get it done this summer.

freeriding is so fun, my bike isnt exactly all that burly or anything, cuz i am pretty low budget, its just a jamis hardtail with some ryno lite wheels, avid mech disks and a manitou black fork, im predicting that i will shatter it this spring or summer

^yea, biking is definitely a close second to skiing. i love it sooo much, even tho i aint too good. i'm riding an 04 kona stuff, completely stock as of now, that i ride everywhere: urban,park,trails,DH...u name it.

full suspention is tuff because u can buy a nice hard tail for the price of a decent full susp'....i would suggest also that you are beginner to get a sick urban hard tail

fully's are the way to go even if its not the greatest its best to just start off and get used to the feel of a full sus.

i ride an 02 big hit. its dope there is nothing stock on the bike. exept the frame.

 
id like to say i ride trials, but itsmostly fooling around, i might get a norco saskawtch

i dunno coofoo, im still liking the HT. ive got a 24 porn king i use for everything but cross country, and i dont ride trials. the thing workds for urban, djs, northshore, DS, & you can ride a little Dh too if you pick your lines right. i geuss its all opinion though.

Ditch wich rims, dmr moto tyres. '03 z1 drop off.

Single speed hayes hfx9 brakes. Plus the other equpment that was on my '04 roast.

I'm getting new tyres soon. prob. Maxxis high rollers and prob. gears.

If you are going to start off buy a kona or a norco hardtail. There is an Australian dude called Hamish here in norway, he rides a '02 norco 125 and he owns the full sus guys.

I still have my old Mongoose AltaSX on which I'm foolin around town with sometimes. Biking is so fun.

 
this summer i got into mountin biking for the first time really i got a specialized hardrock comp for a begginers bike its pretty nice it came with disc brakes and a pretty nice fork.. but i wanna try and get a fox 36 when they come out

man i was killing the blades i did like a twirlly bird backscratcher to spread eagle. my blades are powder blades i want some race blades because u can defiantly carve way better with those ones because of the spaceframe technology. skiing is quite clearly gay anyway blading is the way to go for sure becuase u can twirl and stuff-Fester

I never knew so many people liked freeride mountain biking. fucking cool
