Freebording

i've tried em and they're so hard to use plus, you can only use them on hills. you cant push around like a longboard

i have one...its fun, but scary as shit to learn because if you fall its not snow...and you can catch an edge just like a snowboard...plus its only good for hills, so flat urban is a blower.

If you have a hill, its fun, but i'd ultimately stick to longboarding.

i will third that. my buddy rips it up in a skate park on a freebord though, like straight up snowboarding maneuvers. so its not strictly limited to hills.
but longboarding is the best for just cruising around town and sliding.

i was with my friend right when he got his, and he was carving down this huge hil, and at the end of the hill it flattens out a little, and then there is a busy road like perpendicular to it. Anyways he went down this hill fine, but when he tried to stop at the bottom, he turned sideways, slowed down a little, but then caught his front edge and fell chest first out into the road. weren't many cars then, but it had potential to be very bad

my roommate cracked his head open and needed 6 stitches from freebording. Wear a helmet haha, but he still loves it, goes every day he can
