free stuff online

Does anyone know of any offers where you dont have to either go through hours of adds or b select a little deal to do before getting whatever you want. I have heard many stories of people getting stuff but cant seem to get anything. Anyone ever manage free stuff? HOW?
 
hey look i won another ipod 3rd one this week yeah not i tried it once but it never came and i never got an e-mail back or anything
 
im not talking about the banner ads that flash and say 500th visitor or w/e. but the things where you sign uup and get other people to go through you and do an offer. stuff like that.
 
ahh yeah i used to do that all the time. i got free hotsauce from some select company. a few t shirts...you know random stuff. just go to google and search like "free stuff" there are site that arent like contests, but like giveaways. alot of food actually. fruit roll ups and such. that was a few years ago for me though. major companys like sony may have a free shirt or something offer, you just didnt see it.
