Anyway, a gas station we pass. We got gas, and ran off to get grub.It was a nice little pub in the middle on nowhere. Anywhere woulda been better. I ordered enchiladas and I ate 'em, Ali had the fruit punch.

i just got my demo disk and it is actually pretty sick. Its got realistic stuff including tricks. I think its comming out in october and i will for sure get it.

i just got mine yesterday and it took like 2 weeks or so. You can ride fakie do a lot of tricks that are pretty cool and somewhat realistic like tail grabs or blunts. You can also do some rediculous stuff like triple backflips and frontflips off the ground and stuff. It looks li8ke an entertaining game. But it is a tad bit rediculous trickwise seeing as you can do like 1440's and rediculous stuff, typical with ssx

I was playing the demo and I was able to do slower spins by pressing the oppisite direction I was spinning in on the joystick after I started a spin or flip. And I got a bonus for it. They called the bonus a stall or somthing but you dont have to do 1440 to get huge points. you can do slow smooths spins and get a big bonus for it. this games gonna rock!

 
about damn time...I have been waiting for some shit like this...I just wish it was'nt ssx but the cats who made tony hawks games, the tricks look out of control, but at least it is a skiing game

 
the game is as realistic as you make it.

i dont know if you can butter on skis, but if you can try using the button on the right analog stick... it will make you pop out of the butter.

nad yes, the stalls are considered bonuses.

but the thing about ssx is that it is a video game. not a simulation.

so the gameplay will require you to do uber tricks and such if you want to win the slopestyle stuff.

ugh no. the thps snowboarding franchise game as the most amazing shit. ssx3 shat all over it, it had no sense of speed, turns, anything. only tricks. bit like jibberish actually.

ssx on tour will make skiing acceptable to the in-crowds.

after watching the vids of more in depthg game play i realized the flaw with ssx on tour is the animation after the jump and right before the trick starts.

its still kinda jerky.

theyll fix it though.

Best game ever. The demo is so much fun. The tricks and skiing are a lot more realistic than you would expect. You can do nose butters and stuff and the only bad thing is that you can't spin really slowly

you can actually pull real slow rotating 3's and stuff in ssx 4. all you have to do is if tap the pad in the opposite directiong in which you started to spin. so much fun to pull smooth blunt 3's

In SSX3 you could do a smoother rotation too, BUT it wasn't a controlled one, if you went off a fucking big jump you could do a "smooth" 2740. Is it like that in SSX4?
