You, my fellow NS'r, are wrong. Yes he said 180 and topsheet in the same sentence right next to each other, but he didnt use punctuation so it was a run on.

And those are 176 skis. I had the 180's and those are not it.
 
No, there is free shit, everyone is just waiting for the guy w/the surface skis to pick the person who gets them....he hasn't picked yet because he hasn't recieved his free outerwear yet
 
exactly. i asked a kid if i could have something i forgot what it was, and hes like "i don't want to trade for that hat" i thought this was free shit..

Okay well sorry everyone. Thought I had a good idea when I made this thread. Guess NS is not ready for something like this.
So as far as I know...
Gabfreeski got the goggles I gave away. He got them within a week of me starting this thread. I don't know if the next guy got the enjoi t-shirt or not? Then from there, I don't know. People post up if you've shipped, or gotten your items yet. Let's try and straighten this out!
Sorry if this thread hasn't brought the good vibes that I had hoped it would. But my karma has been dropping huge amounts over the last little while, and all i've done was give someone some free goggles and start a thread that has "failed"!
Let's trying figure it out though, I don't want to give up on this yet!
 
well first of all people are treating this basically as a "i have this, ill trade you for this" kind of thread. its supposed to be given away as of my knowledge.am i wrong ? and once you give away what your giving and someone wants it. you ship it and then you post something to give to someone. not a trading thread. correct me if im wrong
 
the only reason I would see this thread as "failed" is because someone has to start itkevin started it with his goggles right?...well if people haven't shipped thats their fault, and this thread hasn't failed...hopefully we can get this worked out, because this is a good idea
 
see, people are autioning off everything to get a pair of skis. the way i see things must be different. than everyone else. free means free not offer shit to trade for skis
 
ya your right. I will trade the sick dragon goggles, headphones and mini disc player for the skis. but I wont just send it to something. its pretty much a trade thread. but I think the guy that started the thread gave his stuff out for free.
 
Don't post things you aren't willing to give away for free guys! This is a gift thread! Picture white elephant gift exchange. You choose something cool but not too valuable to give away for free and then somebody gives you something for free, then you give yours away to the next person to offer up. It's not supposed to be based on value.
 
so i talked to kevin about this and i had a good idea of turning this into a cult. it will allow someone to mod it and clean it up. and we can have different categories such as skis, stickers, outerwear, goggles, movies, house hold appliances, siblings, furniture, books, and i dont know anything really. if you are interested in taking part in a cult similar to this only less confusing, more legit, and having someone mod it please let us know by pming me with your request to enter it or opinions on it. i really liked kevins idea and i think it has a lot of potential and there is a way to make this work, just need to figure it all out. thanks NS
 
Free stuff by category? That won't work, that would be assuming people want to just give tons of stuff away. It's supposed to be you post something you'll give away for free, the person before you sends you their free item, you send the next person who posts an item your item, and so on.
 
yes sorry thats what i meant, i guess i didnt do to good of a job explaining it all but thats what i meant except by getting things in category im still working on getting htings set up and getting it all started
