Yeah - its a rad mix of everything. The guy that runs it broadcasts at a power low enough that the CRTC (the Canadian Version of the FCC or whatever the regulatory body for TV and Radio is) can't touch him for anything. The broadcast area is maybe a few Km radius from his house, but you can get it on the web everywhere.
