7 month old female pitbull, great dog, great with kids othre animals everyone and everything

My friends brother's baby's momma just got kicked out of her apt and the dog is living with me so im looking for a good home for her. If you know of anyone who wants a puppy please let me know asap

I'm not gonna lie, and my parents are vets, but for the most part pitbulls have meanness bred in their genes. Thats great that you've got a nice one though, and I hope you can find it a good home. I'm lame and I cry at those commercials that are like "Give this animal a home" or whatever. I love my dogs, and hopefully you'll find her a home that will welcome it with open arms.

Yeah, I agree, but a large part has to be genes...or a sucseptability (sp?) to meanness...fuck you Mike Vick!
 
Yeah, this fog though is amazingly friendly.. I really wish I could keep herbut I dont have the time or the right place to have a dog
 
im not kidding, i cried the first couple times i watched that abused and forgotten animal commercial, now i force myself to change the channel or plug my ears and look away

good luck finding it a home, my mother would never allow me to have another dog, so sorry i cant help very much
 
i think that aggressiveness in dogs is mainly the owners fault, however i think that genes come into play as well. think about it, if youve raised a dog to be mean, even if it was nice, than you teach its offspring to be mean, and its offspring, and so on down the line, eventually these dogs may start being born mean, which sucks, because its genetic, but its still not their faults. just a thought i guess
 
omg im sooo tempted, i live in syracuse. the only problem is i dont know where im living when i go back to school and if i were to have a dog i would need to be able to guarantee her a good place to live.
 
ah i would so take her. i want a dog sooooo bad. but the rents dont want one. and im leaving for a month so....
 
kind of off topic but like you guys know how all breeds of dogs act and look different, so i cant see how all people should be equal and can be the same, like some people are just born to do certain things or so i feel. I dont think im conveying this very well but it struck me kind of intensely when i thought of it
 
fuck dude, one of my best friends has a 160lb rottweiler and they are great owners... the dogs really nice but it just scares the living shit out of me.
