When dropping in from a stand still, call your hit, LOOK UPHILL, then drop. F*@#! It's so annoying when dipshizzy's wander into the park with their family, and then get all agro at you for 'cutting their little kid off' when they drop in without looking uphill first. If you read the Alpine Responsibility Code, you'll see that you're always supposed to look uphill before you begin moving. Just because a bunch of people stop on the run, doesn't mean that everyone has to! Let the park flow! And know your shit before you try and start shit on the hill! Have a look before you drop, and teach your kids this one too all you old fucks that wanna be all tough in the park! Sheeeeeiiiiiit!

i know the feelin..like a week ago, i was skiing and spent like 5 mins hiking up to hit a jump again..so im going and called droppin, some middle aged woman turns infront of me, stops, so then i think she saw me and stoped, but then she looks up..clearly sees me and the proceedes to ride infront of me to the jump. she crawls up it at about 2 mph and rides over the lip causing me to have to bail off the side and thwack myself in the ass with my popped off ski.. DAMNIT!

And then im in the moonstone park..and some couple and thier 3 little kids decide to go walk up the licker and stand on the landing for like 10 fucking minutes while i wait there for thier 7 year old to finish literally CRAWLING up the kicker!.. WHAT THE FUCK!

when i was waiting at the begining of a park once some little 8 year old came flying into the park outta control and ran right into a boarder. He messed up the boarders board, then the kids dad came down and thought that the snowboarder ran into his little kid. They got into this fight then a ski patrol guy had to come and calm them down. it pisses my off....

luckily i dont think anything was wrong with that guys board.

also theres all these little kids going into the park and having their dads watch them, gah it makes me mad......

all the worlds a terrain park and the people are just jibbers.

Some kids do rip though, and props to them... But parents really need to learn how things work bofore they take their kids in the park. Teach them how to ski first! Some of these kids can hardly turn, and that's what pisses everyone off! I'm not against kids in the park, just parents that have shit for brains!

The Texans in Colorado at Breck are insanely bad at that kind of crap, they plow the lips, sit on the landings, and just generally get in the way. I'd be willing to sit through one of those videos to get rid of these people.

Last week, I heard about these stupid young kids were watching a small competition with their parents but were right next to the big air jump. There were no fences and a skier drifted a few feet right and hit the two kids. Now the parents are trying to sue the rider. Stupid kids and Parents were right in the landing. Damn People are assholes!

Seriously..

One of my last times out this year the same thing happened. There was this fucking TINY snowboarder, his snowboard was so small.. I swear to god, I think he took one of those techdeck skateboard toys, ripped the little tricks off and had tiny bindings put on, he was TINE-E, later I found out he was 3 and a half, but still.. He goes down the hill halfway to the big table at Sunburst, sits down and wait. I call dropping next, I start to go down, all of the sudden he gets up and heads for the jump. He flys and does a bellyflop, see him fly over as soon as a reach the lip. I had to stop on top, then I see his little body lieing there and I have to pick up my fucking skis just so I don't run him over.

Yeah. I like to complain.

 
I jumped opver a kid once, and then bitched at him. i was soooo pissed. i usually try to be more helpful, but sometimes they go too far.

skibum, that was scary shit, I saw it first hand. The dude just carved off the jump and drifted like snowboarders tend to do, but those kids were too close still. Some guys warned them but they didnt listen. Remembering that still gives me chills.

Last weekend at Gore, I hit one of their jumps and this whole friggin family was in the way! I had to bail so I didn't kill three little kids. And it hurt too! I started yelling at the kids and their parents. The father took a swing at me and fell, soon enough Ski Patrol came and cut my ticket cause that asshole dad knew the owner or something. I was so pissed, I went to management with a few of my friends and they vouched for me as to what happened, I got a new ticket and I full refund and got to pay back the asshole by cutting him off and forcing him into the woods! Still beings a smile to my face =)

i always yell at kids and sometimes their parents fer either standing on the fucking landing or climbing up the jump.

when i was at waterville, there were this small ski school standing on the table part of the jump and i didn't wanna skip the jump so i purposely drifted to the side a bit and floated right over them. it felt good....

You know something that would really make me applaud? A guy gets stuck in quicksand, then sinks, then suddenly comes shooting out, riding on water skis. How do they do that?
 
just do a little twister while in the air and hit em in the head, that would be funny..knocking some guy out using your skis

check out sasfilms.com, they have one clip in the duff of the weeks of a skier doing a 180 directly onto a snowboarder, i don't think any part of his skis touched the snow after he took off. its funny shit, right on top of the snowboarder.

Hmm... i'm all in favor of some sort of screening. I'm thru with the skiers/boarders who cant get down the normal hill infringing on our space and creating a dangerous place.

yea screening or filtering sounds good to me, but not paying extra money, i almost never spend a whole day in the park
