FREE NIKE MOVIE TODAY!

people should really watch this, it's awesome.

On another note, do you think companies like Emerica and Nike are losing a good bit of business by offering a full movie free online for a short period of time?

No, it's probably just a few thousand watching who probably wouldn't have bought the movie but might buy something NIke now, also good press.

And honestly, they probably wouldn't even notice:

The coolest snowboarding movie I've seen. (Excluding Come Find Us, but as a Montana boy, I'm bias.) I know I love watching skiing even though I board, is it the other way around for skiers?

No way bro, remember that almost all of Nike's followers are not snowboarders or at least wouldn't pay to watch a video of other people snowboarding. Now more people know about Nike in snowboarding than would have if the video wasn't free, and clothes sell for a considerable amount more than a movie.

It's a really solid film! Halldor's got balls the size of watermelons. Jed Anderson fucked shit up, and no one seemed to grasp how impressive it was that Gigi overcame that avalanche. AND Jess Kimura had a great part. Not just for a girl, but for anyone. AAANNNDD Nico and Austin? That's just the embodiment of the pure joys of shredding.

It seems that they left out Kass, Piiroinen, Lago, Braaten, and other predominantly contest based riders. Will they make an appearance in part two?

It seems that Nike has absorbed the tastemakers of snowboarding. Riders like Nico, Kass, and Austin definitely helped shape my style. My guess is, they're going to do the same with skiing. Kenworthy and Jossi and Sammy (and others) are just the beginning. The swoosh is here to stay.

Nothing against Nico, DK, and Austin, DK is the reason snowboarding is where it's at. But Sage and Halldor are the most stylist riders in the game right now in my opinion.

No doubt. Danny is the one of the godfathers of modern snowboarding. Sage and Halldor have truly insane style. Both of their parts were sick. They're innovating urban snowboarding, but it's all subjective. I guess I have a little bit of a bias towards backcountry riding.

Nah dude, it's the same concept as putting out edits. People watch a bunch of riders doing sweet shit in NIke gear so the go and buy Nike. It's advertising.
