FREE LDC SUIT??

I was fortunate enough to have the ability to be enough of a smartass to entice gear companies to let us do a gear test. But as first drop backed out it seemed like my test was ruined. We did the best we could and my friends enjoyed using the suits for free.

At this point any relavance of last years products has been dismissed from your minds. There is not much to report when it comes to outerwear and i am a very busy man. So maybe our first year wasn't the greatest.

We are still open to submitted reviews if anyone has reviews.

But down to the thread, I want to give away the LDC suit to a newschooler in need. I gave the trew suit to a friend to keep it around and might pawn the saga suit.

First off I need Ideas of how to give the suit away. Im even going to pay shipping.

visiting the site wont hurt your chances either, send in the ideas, and lets get this to someone who deserves it.

the first thing that qualifies you is if you cant afford shit, i dont know how to find this out, maybe trolling the fd, saga, ldc threads but i think it should be someone who couldnt necessisarily afford good clothing.

i'm broke. but i spent all my money on a new jacket. what better reward for buying a new jacket than... ANOTHER JACKET!

go to a crappy cheap hill, find a kid throwing down but dressed like a hobo, and just hand it to him.
 
I have a friend who has been going through the roughest fucking times you guys.I feel for the kid every day I wake up and go to sleep.

Where should I write my story for him? He def. needs some uplifting to his spirits. I don't wanna see him do something to hurt himself.
 
the providence show was so sick, my buddy went to the amherst show on saturday and he said that show was sick too.

you could do some sort of trivia thing or maybe a photo contest or a written contest...idk
 
off topic caught 9 shows from augusta to atlantic city. loved every minute of sleeping in my car in odd towns and meeting people just as wild as I!
 
daaaaaaaaaaam i want lol.. im using some snowpants from cosco that cost like 30 bucks and an old billabong jacket cause i dont have the dough to get something.
 
i remember how much i hated you when you made your thread but after visiting the site i appreciate what you did. im not in need of a new suit but i think what your doing is awesome. props
 
i would love it, i've been trying to make myself buy outerwear for 3 years now but it will never be more important than skis.. so money goes on skis and i rock the same outerwear every year.. that said, there is not much chance i'm the most deserving..
 
I say you have everyone post their outerwear on themselves, and whoever has the worst gear and needs it the most gets it. Yes?
 
Thats super nice of you to be doing this. Im all set on ski gear but my buddy MatRich really needs a jacket this winter. He's a broke ass mofo who shreds but he wears this shitty flannel to go skiing. its got nasty paint stains and rips everywhere and it looks cold as fuck.
 
bad outerwear can be faked. it's sad and i never would but there are probably kids who would.

i would love a free LDC suit but i am definitely not the most qualified and would rather have it go to somebody who really needs it.
 
Holy shit a blog about reviewing shit to convince companies to give you shit for free... that is smart.
 
i would like to have the suit because i havnt purchased any new gear in years and would like a new look. i would buy it but i have to get up to date avy gear
