FREE JOYSTICK POLES.

I just submitted a HUGE story about my poles being snapped by 2 bitches and found out that they gave away the poles :( god damn it...

Unfortunately I didn't win, but I appreciate the gesture put forward for $9.99 poles. Thank you, I will be taking advantage of the offer!

Definition of a sore loser right there, hahah.

It seems like I missed out on the contest because I didn't read this thread until today and I rarely check gear talk, but oh well. Yet judging from the online shop you guys have, there are some pretty damn good deals on poles ranging from $10-$50, and the deal on the Pep poles is by far the best deal for an adjustable pole IMO. Great way to get everyone including myself stoked for winter, Joystick!

Anyways it's also sick for you guys to be offering $10 for everyone who entered, but I was looking for something a little bigger!

I sent in an email then noticed that the contest is over. that was kind of a dream crusher but im probably going to just buy joystick poles now anyway. good outreach to the ski community!

I didn't get an email about winning/losing or $10 poles? I sent mine in a few days ago, just hoping it went through. Thanks guys!

@joystick - you are forgetting one very fundamental fact about this upcoming generation. They have taken entitlement to the next level. Only a douche would complain about being added to an email list after entering to a contest to "win" a pair of poles. Unfortunately my line of work puts me on the front line of this entitlement. I wouldn't be surprised is you are contacted by his mother in the coming days requesting a free pair regardless, citing some inconsistencies in your rubric for determining who were the winners. If you do, please reference the FERPA Act, and invite them to suck a dick. BTW - I'm going on 8 years now with my pair of Spicollis. Still as straight as the day I got 'em. Cheers! Keep up the good work. .[Sanhedrin].

Very true. Mike Wilson knows whatsup from this interview.

http://news.lineskis.com/2013/07/30/the-mike-wilson-interview/

"There was a lot more loyalty between athletes and companies before. I rode for Line for 8 or 9 years, and Scott and Helly Hansen about the same. But that was because I loved their products, and the team managers made it fun. Now it seems there are too many kids, and everyone wants free stuff, so the companies sponsor millions of kids, rather than investing in talent and growing them like LINE did for me."

Ah well. I guess that is just the way it is. Keep making dope stuff Joystick!
