Free Itunes organization

I remember someone posting a thread with a program that would go through and organize your Itunes library but now I can't find it. There is Pollux for Mac but Im looking for something that will run on Vista. Anyone have any good links?

what does the program your looking for do with itunes? never heard of this before and it sounds interesting

FIlls in missing information, say you have a bunch of downloaded music with wierd title names tuneup will fill in all the missing info for the songs.

So does anybody know of a free, windows program that is like pollux? I used tuneUp but i hit the 100 song limit in like 5 seconds and an app like that would be really useful. Iv been googling and so far haven't been able to find one.
