Giving away a free pair of goggles on my instagram. @SkiForJesus

PLEASE DO NOT IMPOSE YOUR RELIGION OR SPONSORS UPON ME.

YOURE A PSEUDO-SKIER ACTUALLY SENT FROM THE VATICAN TO IMPOSE YOUR RELIGION ON OUR SPORT. OUR SPORT DOESN'T NEED JESUS. BEWARE NEWSCHOOLERS, THE VATICAN IS COLLUDING WITH WALL STREET TO COMMERCIALIZE AND CAPITALIZE UPON OUR BEAUTIFUL SPORT. JOSH, TELL YOU AND YOUR BOURGEOISIE CRONIES FULL OF PIETY TO STOP APPROPRIATING THE BEAUTIFUL LABOR OF THE PROLETARIAT SKIER. THERE IS A SPECTRE THAT IS HAUNTING SKIING AND THAT IS JOSHWONG.

WORKING SKIERS OF ALL COUNTRIES, UNITE!!!

You actually couldn't be farther off with these assumptions. Company is owned and ran by a skier. And is by far the most involved of all my sponsors. They hit me up like every 2 weeks just to see how I'm doing and to chat. Versus other sponsors who contact once a year to take gear orders then you never hear from them the rest of the year. They're very involved with the European Ski scene. Since that's where they are based out of. They even have an end of the year private park shoot in Europe that all of the team was invited to. Very impressive for a brand new small company.

If you think they're just in skiing to make money. Then you're confused on the ski market. Making ski goggles isn't exactly the way to make the big bucks. They're started by a formerly sponsored skier who wanted to get into the ski industry because he loves skiing and wanted to stay involved with it for the long run. This is based on FACTS. Not assumptions like your opinion.

Also. Does anyone remember how terrible Virtika was at Instagram whoring haha. But that part of the reason they are where they are today. It's marketing.

A lot of what I said was probably coming from the storm of goggle start ups in the past few years, I'm gonna pull The Drop card here and say I just was starting a conversation... What my thoughts really boil down to is how whack marketing in the ski industry is these days. It seems like a lot of it is about tagging friends, following pages, and sharing posts.

I find it ironic that your signature is a link to you Instagram page....

Thnx, Just saying I'm pretty sure @Ryft_Optics do exactly the same. Its a marketing technique I don't see anything wrong with it, neither do I see anything wrong with creating a thread to promote. And to be fair Virtika only post twice a day, many brands have a twice a day posting schedule to maintain a regular feed to their followers.

Yeah this was my point. If you want to survive as a small company starting up. You have to go through that stage now.

Lol. I love it! When are you coming to visit out west and hit urban with me?

Welllll lets just say that if I went out west I don't think I'd be about the urban for some specific geological reasons. But I'll return the invite to the Midwest though! #itsjustskiing

Only if it's on roller blades. And we carry hockey sticks.

Last time I skied Colorado it was 5 days and I took 2 park runs the entire week. 5 superpipe runs because superpipes are stupid fun. If you're looking for urban, Duluth is the place for sure. You could spend 3 weeks here and still not hit every spot you want.
